		Cathy Day B.A., Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, CYA member Cathy Day graduated with a BA in Kinesiology and Sociology from the University of Western Ontario in 2006. After graduating university, she traveled to India and Nepal where she trained to be a Hatha Yoga teacher through an intensive one-on-one program. 		Shannon Shakaya Leone (everyone calls her Shakaya) has always drawn inspiration from Nature and exotic cultures. She taught herself yoga at 13, has trained in martial arts on and off for two decades and moved to South East Asia in her early twenties. Shakaya’s background has always been in the wellness world working as a Medical Secretary, Fitness Director of a 10,000 member club, Aestitican, Colon Hydro-Therapist, Health Coach and Raw Foods educator.


		Mary Ann Matthews - is a certified handwriting analyst (graphologist).
